Renew our Spaces
We are upgrading and modernizing our physical spaces so that when we gather, we are able to worship together safely and without distraction.
All In For Jesus is a call to respond to God’s grace. It is a commitment to renew our building to be welcoming, inviting, and evokes a heart for worship when we gather; to strengthen ministries that form joy-filled, Spirit-filled disciples who are continually growing into the image of Jesus; and to create opportunities to bless others through the giving of our gifts and resources so that together we go, inviting people into a flourishing life with Jesus!
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus.”
Colossians 3:17
The All In For Jesus renewal campaign is grounded in three core priorities that have guided our planning and decisions.
We are upgrading and modernizing our physical spaces so that when we gather, we are able to worship together safely and without distraction.

We are strengthening our discipleship pathway to help form joy-filled, Spirit-shaped disciples - especially among kids, youth, and families.

We are creating opportunities to bless others in our church and community, embodying God’s love in the world we share.
Pastor Trent shares about the vision for this renewal campaign during our January 4, 2026 worship service.

Founded in 1911 through revival meetings in Calgary, our church began with a small group committed to prayer, holiness, and mission, and quickly grew through faithful worship and shared life.

By 1959, decades of sacrificial generosity and expanding ministry culminated in the dedication of a new sanctuary and educational spaces, establishing a strong foundation for the future. First Naz continued to grow in worship, discipleship, and outreach, expanding ministries for families, youth, and seniors while strengthening its missionary and community presence.

In 2001, we dedicated our new Lincoln Park facility and entered a fresh season of ministry marked by renewed growth, expanded worship and discipleship opportunities, and deeper engagement with the surrounding community.

Just as previous generations responded faithfully to God’s leading through seasons of renewal and change, we believe the Holy Spirit is inviting us into a new chapter. The All In for Jesus renewal campaign is our shared response, rooted in gratitude for the past, attentive to the present, and anticipating the future that God is preparing.
“All In for Jesus” is a call to respond to God’s graceby renewing our spaces so that when we gather, they invite worship;by strengthening ministries that help us grow as joy-filled, Spirit-formed disciples;and by creating opportunities to give our gifts and resources to bless othersso that together we go, inviting people into the flourishing life with Jesus that we ourselves are discovering.
All In for Jesus is a three-year renewal campaign inviting our whole church to respond to God’s grace together. It focuses on renewing our shared life so that we can faithfully gather, grow, give, and go, inviting people into a flourishing life with Jesus.
Over the past year, our leadership has prayerfully discerned that this is a season to invest in our future. God has already been at work among us, deepening our hunger for prayer, guiding leadership decisions, and opening doors for renewed mission. This campaign is a faithful response to what we believe the Holy Spirit is inviting us into.
Renewal is not about striving or rebuilding for its own sake. It is about responding to God’s grace: creating space for worship when we gather, forming Spirit-filled disciples as we grow, practicing generosity as we give, and being sent out together as we go.
This season focuses on three key priorities:
All of this serves our calling to go, inviting others into life with Jesus
Yes. Renewal requires participation, and financial generosity is one way God invites His people to join in His work. This is a three-year campaign, and each person is invited to prayerfully discern how they might participate.
No. There is no pressure or obligation. This is an invitation to join with others in our church community as we step out in faith. Participation begins with prayer, listening for God’s direction, and responding faithfully, whether that involves giving, serving, praying, or taking a first step of faith.
There is no set amount. Scripture reminds us that generosity is not measured by how much we give, but by the posture of our hearts. Some may give a little; others may give a lot. What matters is joining in with trust and openness to God’s leading.
Funds will support the renewal of our shared spaces, strengthen discipleship ministries (especially for kids and youth), and help position our church for long-term mission and faithfulness. Church leadership and the board are committed to careful, prayerful stewardship of all resources.
Yes. Church leadership has already stepped out in faith through investing reserves, strengthening ministry staffing, and prayerfully discerning personal participation in the campaign. This is not something being asked of the congregation alone but is something we are entering into together.
That’s okay. Seasons of renewal often involve growth, and growth can feel uncomfortable at times. The invitation is simply to remain open-handed. We ask that you pray, ask questions, and trust that God’s grace is sufficient for each step of the journey.
Start with prayer. Talk with your family, friends, or small group. Ask where God may be inviting you to lean in, whether through giving, serving, deepening spiritual practices, or simply trusting Him in a new way. This journey is one we are meant to walk together
The first step in any major life or financial decision should always be to pray. As Christians, we seek God's guidance and direction and we believe that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you how He would like you to participate in this initiative.
We also ask that you pray for the church during this campaign, that God would be present in this, would provide, and will guide the planning and use of the resources received.
After praying, decide how you will partner with First Naz in this important initiative. By submitting a pledge, you are committing to give over the next months and years to support this renewal project and make a lasting impact.
Whether you choose to participate through prayer alone, a one-time gift, or an ongoing pledge, we desire that God be honoured through our giving and that we become more Christ-like through this process.
If you feel led to give, we invite you to give a one-time or recurring gift to support this renewal project. Your generosity will help create lasting change.
